- Sear the protein until golden brown in a pan or fry your vegetables for 1 minute.
- Pour in Shemin’s Tikka Masala Curry Sauce, mix well and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Serve the Tikka Masala over rice or with Shemin’s Indian Breads.
Tip:
For an easy slow-cooked Tikka Masala, add the meat or vegetables and Shemin’s Tikka Masala Curry Sauce to a slow cooker. Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours. For extra flavour, sear the meat first.
