Ingredients

  • 1 tub Shemin’s Korma Curry Sauce
  • 500g meat or vegetables, cut into bite sized chunks
  • Steamed rice or Shemin’s Indian Bread for serving

Method

  1. Sear the protein until golden brown in a pan or fry your vegetables for 1 minute.
  2. Pour in Shemin’s Korma Curry Sauce, mix well and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  3. Serve the Korma over rice or with Shemin’s Indian Breads.

Tip:

For an easy slow-cooked Korma, add the meat or vegetables and Shemin’s Korma Curry Sauce to a slow cooker. Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours. For extra flavour, sear the meat first.
