- Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl, make sure they are evenly mixed into the mince
- Shape into evenly sized kebabs or mini burgers
- Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours in the fridge
- Grill or BBQ for 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kebabs are nicely browned and cooked through
- Delicious served with Tarka Dahl
