- Set the turkey in a roasting pan.
- Mix 12 tablespoons of butter with 100g of Shemin’s Indian Curry Paste, 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Brush some of the mixture on the turkey and the rest under the skin of the turkey.
- Roast as per instructions, basting every 30 minutes.
