Shemin’s Roast Turkey

Our classic Christmas Dinner. Simple to make and deliciously spiced for a great variation on a traditional Christmas dinner.

Ingredients

Whole turkey
12 tbsp butter
100g Shemin’s Indian Curry Paste
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil

Method

Set the turkey in a roasting pan.
Mix 12 tablespoons of butter with 100g of Shemin’s Indian Curry Paste, 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Brush some of the mixture on the turkey and the rest under the skin of the turkey.
Roast as per instructions, basting every 30 minutes.
