I have been using Shemin’s pastes since the James Martin programme a few years’ ago. They are the best on the market in my experience, and are well worth the price and time making your own. The quality and flavour is consistent and they are so easy to use. My favourites are the mild and medium indian curry pastes which I use all the time for vegetarian and meat curries and biryiani recipes. All the others are excellent too, but we all have our favourites!

Been using Shemins for several years now, since James Martin recommend them. Makes the best curries. Everyone wants one, Cost me a fortune! But the pastes are the best, nan bread are brilliant, just going to order some of the new garlic nans with my paste order.
