Shemin’s curry pastes are absolutely fantastic, they make curries so easy and quick to make. I use all the range of curry pastes, if you are not keen on curries that are too hot use the normal paste and add a teaspoon of Green or Red Thai paste. I recommend these pastes to everyone even strangers I meet in supermarkets etc.
