- Toast the Bread: Lightly toast the bread slices until golden and crispy on the outside.
- Build the Base: Spread Shemin’s Aubergine Pickle generously on each slice. Top with grated cheese and place under a hot grill for 1–2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
