- Toppings: Ricotta or crumbled feta, peas (lightly crushed), mint leaves, lemon zest, a drizzle of olive oil, fresh rocket after baking.
- Optional: a touch of Shemin’s Green Curry Paste swirled with ricotta for an extra flavour kick.

- Base: Shemin’s Chapati
- Toppings: Shemin’s Curry Paste thinned with a little olive oil as a sauce base, taomtoes, soft goat’s cheese, pea shoots or rocket, balsamic drizzle after baking.
- Optional: sprinkle toasted seeds for crunch.
Summer Feast Paratha Pizza
For when you want something a little richer yet still light enough for summer.
- Base: Shemin’s Paratha or Naan Bread
- Toppings: Mascarpone or cream cheese dollops, slices of good-quality turkey, ham or cooked chicken, walnut pieces, ribbons of courgette or asparagus.
- Optional: drizzle of Shemin’s Mango Chutney or Aubergine Pickle after baking for a tangy finish.
HOW TO MAKE:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (fan) / 220°C / Gas 7.
- Place your Shemin’s bread of choice on a baking tray.
- Spread your sauce/toppings, leaving ingredients like rocket/pea shoots for after baking.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes or until crisp and golden.
- Top with fresh herbs, greens, Shemin’s Mango Chutney Aubergine Pickle and enjoy warm.
