Whether you’re rustling up a quick lunch, a laid-back dinner, or just fancy something different, these recipes are all about keeping it easy and delicious.

Method

Green Garden Naan

Fresh, bright, and perfect for a light lunch or warm evening.

  • Base: Shemin’s Naan Bread
  • Toppings: Ricotta or crumbled feta, peas (lightly crushed), mint leaves, lemon zest, a drizzle of olive oil, fresh rocket after baking.
  • Optional: a touch of Shemin’s Green Curry Paste swirled with ricotta for an extra flavour kick.

 

Sunshine Veggie Chapati

A colourful, sweet-savoury option that pairs beautifully with salads.

  • Base: Shemin’s Chapati
  • Toppings: Shemin’s Curry Paste thinned with a little olive oil as a sauce base, taomtoes, soft goat’s cheese, pea shoots or rocket, balsamic drizzle after baking.
  • Optional: sprinkle toasted seeds for crunch.

 

Summer Feast Paratha Pizza

For when you want something a little richer yet still light enough for summer.

 

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (fan) / 220°C / Gas 7.
  2. Place your Shemin’s bread of choice on a baking tray.
  3. Spread your sauce/toppings, leaving ingredients like rocket/pea shoots for after baking.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until crisp and golden.
  5. Top with fresh herbs, greens, Shemin’s Mango Chutney Aubergine Pickle and enjoy warm.
