Hi, I made the madras with the hot paste, and followed the recipe to the letter, which is unusual for me, as I normally add extra ingredients, such as garlic, for example. Just wanted to say I love your curry paste , it’s so easy to use and tastes so good . I made a chicken curry tonight with coconut milk and baby spinach – it took 40 mins from prep to eat which is perfect when you have been at work all day. Good healthy food !! I would love if you did a tandoori paste as we love tandoori chicken on the bone !
