    The medium curry paste is amazing. To be honest I would never eat curries as I found them too hot all the way into the stomach. However my husband made the lamb vindaloo recipe of yours and begged me to try it. It was delicious, and what I found amazing was that the heat and spices stayed in the mouth and not in my gullet.
