- Heat 1 tbsp of oil (or spray oil) in a big pan and fry your onion until brown.
- Add your potatoes, cauliflower, garlic, ginger and Shemin’s Harissa (or Peri Peri) Spice Blend. Stir for a few minutes.
- Pour in the stock and bring the soup to the boil. Cook until the ingredients are tender and then blend until smooth.
- Add a couple of tbsp creme fraiche and season to taste.
A super quick, delicious, warming and very healthy meal to make that is full of flavour. Perfect!
